Refund Policy

At Fre-Ai, your satisfaction matters. Refunds are available only for active (current) subscriptions and must be requested within 14 days from the payment date. All refund requests are evaluated by our support team and processed in accordance with the rules below.

Deductions & Conditions

  • Affiliate deduction: If you signed up via an affiliate/referral link, the refund amount will be reduced by 15% to honor the affiliate commission policy.
  • Used credits: Any credits (words, images, audio, etc.) consumed prior to the refund request will be subtracted from the refundable balance.
  • Payment processor fees: A processing fee between 1.5% and 3% will be deducted depending on which payment provider was used (e.g., PayPal, Coinbase Pay).
  • Justified requests only: Refunds are granted for legitimate, justified reasons and are subject to review by our support team. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. The final refunded amount will reflect the above deductions and any applicable adjustments.
